Since 1998
CASA is a nationwide premier Physician Buying Group (PBG). We were founded in 1998 for the primary purpose of joining physicians into a large buying group to obtain the lowest possible discounts on pediatric, adolescent and adult vaccines regardless of practice size or purchase volume.
In 2025, CASA Physicians Alliance entered an agreement to become an independent corporation within NDC, Inc., a healthcare supply chain company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee.
This new partnership allows CASA Physicians Alliance to maintain the same level of service, commitment and personal attention that has been our hallmark, while adding tangible benefits to membership.

Our Contracts
We have separate contracts with Sanofi Pasteur, Pfizer, AstraZeneca FluMist and Seqirus. Our members also have access to discounted prices with Merck, GSK, and Moderna if they become a member of our sister company National Physician Care (NPC).
